Studying during all the rain here in Florida is awesome. There seems to be only one negative about it and that is that my eyes start to close after hearing the rain hit the roof for a while. Other than that, it provides a great atmosphere for studying. I do have school competing with audit study time and it consumes a great deal of my time. I am just glad that school will be over next week. I am down to just a final exam in both courses, but one counts for 55 percent of my grade, which makes me a little uneasy. I don’t think I have ever started studying for a final two weeks early, but I have this semester. I think I will take one day off from studying next week to celebrate.
I have been studying the flowcharts in Study Unit 6. I found that by studying them and really understanding them, it helps tremendously in understanding the Sales-Receivables-Cash Receipts Cycle. I must admit that my first time through the Audit book, I only scanned the flowcharts and only had a basic understanding of the symbols. It has really benefited me and helped me to understand more thoroughly the cycle that is presented in this study unit.
For one more week, I will be attending classes for three hours each night and two nights next week. My wife booked a family vacation coming up soon, and in a few weeks, my internship starts again. Seems like a lot, but I realize that everyone is just as busy, or maybe even busier.
